We wish you a warm welcome in our stylish accommodation Finca Bilou and would like to inform you about our general terms and conditions.
By entering into a reservation request or reservation, you as a tenant of Finca Bilou agrees to the General Terms and Conditions.
1.1 The minimum stay in Finca Bilou is 2 nights in low season, school holidays 3 nights and in the months of July & August 7 nights and min. occupancy 6 people.
1.2 Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is until 10:00. This can be deviated from in consultation.
1.3 Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside.
1.4 Parties and events are not allowed
1.5 Pets are only allowed after agreement of the landlord prior to arrival.. A surcharge may apply
1.6 An extra bed (up to 10 years) in the room is available on request, we charge a surcharge of € 15 per day
1.7 For bookings with a stay in the months of November -March, a mandatory surcharge for central heating applies
1.8 The tenant can park his car in the closed private car park. Parking is always at your own risk.
1.9 The house must be left clean, dishes in the dishwasher, furniture in their original place, garbage in the green containers outside the gate, floor swept.
1.10 Tenants must have a permanent place of residence or residence.
1.11 Minimum age of main booker 21 years and older.
1.12 Third parties are prohibited from using Finca Bilou Visitors are not allowed to stay or spend the night in Finca Bilou without the owner's permission.
1.13 The landlord of Finca Bilou can deny and/or refuse access to the accommodation of the tenant with immediate effect in the event of violation of the general terms and conditions and/or the house rules or in the event of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and reasons and without refund of accommodation costs. .
1.14 Finca Bilou reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You accept and acknowledge as binding the terms and conditions in effect at the time you use the Finca Bilou website and facilities.
1.15 All payments must be paid on time and by bank transfer .
1.16 We need the names of each person in advance. (And a copy of the IDs of the 10 adults at least 2 days before arrival)RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
2.1 A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via booking sites.
2.2 No additional reservation costs will be charged for reserving a stay in Finca Bilou via its own website.
2.3 Mandatory deposit: € 150 for 2 persons, € 350 for 4 and 6 persons and € 400 for 8 and 10 persons
2.4 The minimum stay in Finca Bilou is 2 nights (with the exception of school and holiday periods = 3 nights) in the months of July & August 7 nights.
2.5 After receipt of your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Finca Bilou, the tenant is bound to pay the deposit. The reservation is only final when you have received confirmation from the landlord and the deposit has been paid.

3.PAYMENT
3.1 The deposit is 50% of the total amount of the stay.
3.2 The remaining payment + the obligatory deposit must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
3.3 When booking within 4 weeks before arrival, the total amount of the stay must be paid immediately
