Finca Bilou

The Finca has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are tastefully decorated and can accommodate 10 people + max. 2 children. However, if you do not go with the maximum number of people, it is possible to rent only part of the Finca. The bedrooms that are not booked are closed off. The rest of the Finca is fully available and you remain the only tenant. Prices are based on private use and number of people: 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10.

In high season, Finca Bilou can only be rented per week for a minimum of 6-10 people. Outside the high season, Finca Bilou also receives small (er) travel groups min. 2-6 people. Finca Bilou can also be rented for weekends of 2, 3 or 4 nights. A midweek is also possible.
All weekends and midweeks are outside the high season.

 The accommodation offers a perfect stay for individual guests, families and groups of friends who want to enjoy some rest, relaxation, activities and make use of the great facilities in and around the Finca.

Studio apartment, 2 persons

Our studio apartment is perfect for 2 people who want to enjoy the peace and bustle that the Costa Blanca has to offer.

The studio apartment is also an ideal accommodation for the teleworkers among us. Because in principle it makes little difference whether your home office is somewhere in the UK or here with us in Aigues, Alicante. A good internet connection is available. That way you can combine work and holidays nicely. As soon as you close the laptop, you can immediately go into holiday mode.

Our studio apartment is located in a rural area and is very spacious: In addition to the cozy living room with flat screen,  TV via satellite reception, dining room it also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower & toilet, a separate toilet room, separate kitchen with all amenities and the sleeping area is located directly at the entrance.

The outdoor area consists of covered bar area, 2 BBQ (one gas other on charcoal), sunny patio with seating areas and umbrellas, large roof terrace with sunbeds and seating areas. Private pool with built-in Jacuzzi (can be heated at extra cost), spacious garden with private entrance and parking.

**You have the Finca private at all times and there are no other guests present. The other bedrooms are closed

Between November 1 and April 1 ( december excluded) you can rent our spacious studio apartment per calendar month against special winter conditions. Our winter offer applies per calendar month from the 1st of each month. Of course you decide whether you arrive on the 1st or a few days later or whether you leave a little earlier. With a rental period of 1 month you have a complete stay for 2 people from € 990,00 per month. 350Kwh incl. Per month. then € 0.45 per kWh consumed.

For the chilly winter evenings, there is air conditioning to heat the studio apartment (hot/cold).
