CANCELLATION

We always recommend that you take out good travel insurance.

It may happen that the holiday has to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the booker or his/her deputy must notify this In Writing or by telephone. In most cases there are costs associated with a cancellation or change.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by e-mail stating your reservation number. If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged:

•UP TO 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL 50% of the total amount of the stay.

•6-8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL 75% of the total amount of the stay.

•4-6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL 85% of the total amount of the stay.

•0-4 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL 100% of the total amount of the stay. In the event of a no show, the full amount of the stay is due We recommend that you take out a good cancellation and travel insurance.

Cancellation by Finca Bilou:
